The house is a lovely light semi detached with three bedrooms. There's a driveway, garage and garden which faces due West for the perfect sunset BBQ with views out over the park.

All recently redecorated and always well cared for.

The current housemates are both fantastic people, one is involved in merchant shipping (female) and the other (female) works at the MBA in marine biology research.

The house is always really clean and there's often some incredible looking rustic cooking going on.

I am very proud of my house and am looking for a polite, tidy individual who will enjoy living here as much as I have whilst respecting the house and the existing housemates. This is a home not your average overcrowded shared house. Speak to the existing housemates if you've any doubts!

Parking outside the house is never an issue. Plus driveway if needed. Garage for bike/surfboard storage.
