The house has a large downstairs living area (great for entertaining!) and is walkable to lots of local ammenities and transport links.

£425 pcm including all bills and utilities (council tax, wifi, TV, utilities)
Available furnished or unfurnished.
Large kitchen, lounge, dining room, bathroom and south-facing patio-garden.
1 other housemate (me).
There isnt any off street parking but always somewhere to park on the street outside- I haven't had a problem finding a space.

Ideal for a sociable, easy-going professional. It really is a lovely house so looking for someone to share it with me!
