Medium sized room available in a six bedroom house in Plymouth, located on North Road East, next to train station. There is also another six bedroom house nextdoor where friends of this house have moved in, the other rooms are all taken but the tenants living there are all very friendly people.

Rent is £95 a week and all bills are included. The house has a large TV mounted on the wall in the lounge which is included with the house and a decent sized kitchen.

Some of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms but the room, along with two of the others hasn't got an ensuite bathroom but there is a communal bathroom near those bedrooms.
