It is situated next to Freedom fields park. It is within 10 minutes walk of Plymouth city center, Mutley plain and Plymouth university.

The rent includes council tax, water, tv license and broadband internet and a communal area clean on a regular basis by our loverly house keeper Lauren who also does all of our viewings, move ins ect.

Gas and electric is on a smart meter shared equally between house mates
