House will be shared with 3rd years, they are a fantastic bunch to be around. The housemates you'll move in with are great company when you need it but everyone also respects each others privacy when you need some down time!

Roof terrace is absolutely wonderful on a summers day, total suntrap and it's great taking your laptop up there while you work. There is also a small yard downstairs with washing line, a lot of outdoor space considering the price.

£250 deposit, protected by the DPS (deposit protection service) and £320 a month rent (Around £73 a week), inclusive of all bills apart from internet which costs about £4 on top. Very cheap price considering proximity to town and the size and quality of the room. House also comes with very caring landlords who are fast to remedy any problems that arise, much better than large letting agencies I have found.
