I myself have lived here for 2 years and only moving out as my job has taken to Bristol. I have never had any issues whilst living here and the private landlord is always on the end of the phone to help with any issues, but is not intrusive at all.

The 2 girls are very social and looking for a clean and tidy housemates who also wants to be part of the home and not just locked in their room, although we all understand that everyone needs their own space from time to time; the house is ample big enough to do so.

The landlord is looking for professional lets only or mature students.

This is a quiet street with residential properties and plenty of on street un-restricted parking.

The house is located 1 minute from the Tap and Barrel pub which does fantastic food and has a great beer garden for summer, however, this is a quiet pub and not full of students so there are never any issues with noise.

It is also 5-10 minute walk from Mutley plain ideal for getting buses into town, Derriford. and walking to the University.
