I have a large part furnished double room to rent in a two bed ground floor flat. There is access to a shared bathroom (separate toilet) and large shared lounge with 50" TV, broadband, virgin is also provided in the room.

There is a nice garden with decked seating area and stunning views with outdoor sheds for some storage if needed.

There are regular bus links to the City Centre and Derriford Hospital and University and only 5 minutes drive from the A38.

There is a small really friendly pooch that lives in the property, she doesn't bark or tend to cause any drama but housemate ideally needs to be alright with dogs!

I'm looking for someone who is laid back and friendly who won't trash the house but will make it their home as well. Rent is advertised at 85PW but can be negotiated for the right person.
