Plymouth Hoe: Newly referbished 2 dbl b/room flat

Hi all,

I have to let 1 furnished double bedroom in a 2 bed, second floor apartment on plymouth Hoe, with sea views.

Rent I am asking for is £85-00 per week (368-33 per calendar month). I am happy for the tennant to pay weekly or monthly to suit, as long as rent is paid ahead of time and one months rent is provided as a deposit.

Rent is inclusive of a £10-00 allowance per week for bills: normally I wouldn't expect anyone to go over this but it's just to help save electricity and cut the bills slightly. Included is all water, electric, gas, TV licence for lounge, internet.

There is on-road permit parking available (approx. £30-00 a year) and space in the garage could be negotiated, though currently this stores the kayaks...

I have recently refurbished the flat, including a new kitchen, and bathroom so it's fairly fresh, neutral and modern. I have spent a lot of time, effort and money turning the flat into a really homely feeling pad and I am looking for someone who will treat the apartment with respect.

I guess I would describe myself as chilled out, outgoing and friendly. It would be great if I could find someone who I really got along with!

I am not a neat-freak and my bedroom is almost always a mess but the communal areas I do like to keep tidy so that it's a nice space to relax in.

I guess I am looking for the same kind of tennant as most people: neat, chilled out, friendly, reliable, reasonably quiet, not going to have massive house parties or trash the place! I like a drink as much as the next person but I work Mon-Fri so please respect that (and I will do likewise).
