Double room

The house is situated in a quite area approx 3 miles from the city centre and 2 miles from Derriford hospital which is next door to Marjons university, there is a bus stop located just around the corner, there is ample parking with the possibility to use the garage, a 10 min walk will take you to Tesco super store, there is a small local shop just at the end of the road.

My son lives in this 3 bed roomed house, he is away all week and at the weekend when he returns he may have his children visit, he is 34, a quite and thoughtful person, he is easy to get along with and will respect ones privacy and in turn will expect this back, he is a lover of music and song writing so he will often play a few acoustic tunes, nothing loud. The house has an upstairs bathroom as well as a wet room down stairs, there is a large lounge/diner and a large fitted kitchen, new carpets through out, the decor is neutral and done to a high standard, we are looking for a single professional person.
