The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, double bed and desk. The house consists of a very large kitchen with lots of cupboard space, 2 bathrooms (both with a shower and toilet), a spacious living room and a backyard.

The rent is £72 a week with bills included. This can be paid in 3 larger instalments throughout the year if needed.
