Double furnished room & own bathroom on Barbican

I am looking for a professional working person to rent my room in a two bedroom apartment on the Barbican. I will require references please.

The room is a double bedroom with a large bathroom next door with a bath and shower. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed & mattress, wardrobe and sideboard. The bathroom also has a storage cupboard.

There is a shared living room & kitchen.

I do have a small dog.

The apartment is split on two levels.

The Barbican has plenty of shops, pubs and local amenities. It is a short walk to the City Centre and Vue Cinema complex where there are more restaurants and a gym.

I am happy to go halfs if a BT phone line needs to be installed if proper internet access would be preferred.
