28 Lipson Road is a Grade 'A' student house that's only about half a mile from Plymouth University. It's in a fantastic location with off street parking and plenty of room. If you are a student at Plymouth University looking for student accommodation please give us a call.

There is a communal sitting room as well as a separate dining room, 2 showers and 4 loos. There are hand basins in most rooms. This is a large house with good size rooms. Not only does it have a communal sitting room with a large screen TV & TiVo box (50Mb internet) but it also has a quiet communal room (Snug) if you needed 'quiet down time'. It's situated only minutes from shops and a park and just a short walk to the University.
