Rooms to rent in the lovely rural area of Brixton

Three bedroom house, undergoing decoration at the present time. Two dogs which live outside in the back garden. Large front garden which is being developed so that it can be used functionally by next spring. Hoping back garden will be functional by next summer with dogs in enclosed area.
Ideally looking for professonals or those actively looking for work. Students welcome but please note 8 miles from the University so transport would be required as buses only run hourly. Parking space out the back and on side road.
We are a couple one professional one student one smoker one non smoker. Easy going but if you smoke we request that it is not indoors.
Bathroom is shared and is a wetroom which has not long been completed. Single room has been decorated in neutral colours. Double was decorated last year. We have large chest freezer as well as under counter one so plenty of food storage.
Also we own an allottment so when we have produce growing there will be plenty of fresh fruit and veg.
One of my passions is cooking so if you like fresh bread and cakes you will probably love it here.

We ask that you are clean and tidy and respectful. Small animals may be possible but would need to be agreed due to our animals.
Utility bills included in the rent. Sky TV in the main lounge. If you have visiting children this is fine. If you have animals would have to discuss due to our dogs.
