I'm a 3rd year Psychology student moving in with my boyfriend which means that my current room has become available. It is a Home and Student Link property. I paid a £300 deposit, however I am happy to waiver that cost with you if I can trust that you will respect the property. There are 4 other housemates who are all mature 3rd year students; 2 males studying Geology and 2 females studying Marine Biology. You will sign a legal binding contract ensuring that you will pay rent directly to me monthly or termly (depending on which suits you best). The house is of an exceptional quality with 2 seperate toilet and shower rooms, a large living room with a flat screen TV and a fantastic kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
