Flat share in Duke Street, double room available, on 4th floor, with lift, in a quiet location. Clean, two bedroom, modern apartment, Bathroom with Shower and Bath. Washing machine. Secure Door Entry System. Close to Plymouth College, city center bus route from ‘Raglan Road’ bus stop' [In Cumberland Road]. Brickfields Sports Centre and shops are nearby, across the road 12 meters from the Co-op. Just a 5 minute walk to the sea and Mutton Cove with its outdoor pools. I live in Cardiff at weekends and stay in Plymouth three nights mid-week for work, so not around much. Easy on street parking. Virgin 50mb Broadband with TV package. Would suit employed person, working away from home.
