Room in central Plymouth in terraced property

I live in a three bedroom property in Peverell, Plymouth. This is 30 minutes walk to the city centre or by bus 2 minutes from the house. I am ideally looking for someone who is looking for a short/medium term let, whilst moving to the area to work or similar. However happy to consider other options, so don't be put off.

I am easy going professional, who lives on my own though partner does stay at times.

Have wifi, and usual mod cons, like heat, water & light....

On street parking only.
