This is the largest bedroom in the house, located on the top floor. Beautiful views out over the city down to the sea. Showers and toilets on each floor, with an sink already installed in the room.

A recently renovated kitchen is shared among the occupants, as is the living area. Free onsite parking, and all bills are included.

The house is located about a 5-10 minute walk from the University and Town Centre.

The current occupants are currently 2nd year students, who are mainly looking to study and attend lectures during the day. Weekends are generally reserved for nights out. Don't fret however, this room is one of the quietest in the house.
