Double Loft Room To Let

I have a large, double loft room available to let in my comfortable, spacious home, in a quiet but central location in Plymouth. The room is carpeted and furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, blanket box & built-in wardrobe.

The house has central heating, double-glazing, unrestricted parking on the road outside. There are all the usual facilities of a home, washing machine, dishwasher, washing line in the garden etc etc. There are frequent bus services to all parts of the city from nearby and the railway station is a mile & half away.

I am ideally looking for someone who needs a room on a Mon - Fri basis but I will consider a seven day arrangement too, with a consequent increase in the rent.
