Double room to let, bills included , close to city centre. £355 a month

I have a lovely double (fully furnished) room for single occupancy, available from December 23rd.

The room is in a quiet ground floor flat, sharing with 2 sensible final year science students, who like to have fun but also are dedicated to study. There is a good sized bathroom: bath and overhead shower, good sized kitchen and sitting area with TV and a washing machine. Parking space for one available.

The flat is situated on the ground floor flat, being one of just 2 flats. The location is in Mutley Plain, which is a small very friendly suburb of Plymouth and has many shops, pubs and bars. The walk to the city centre is approximately 10 minutes.

I have recently decided to suspend my studies and have decided to go to travelling for a while. The landlord has agreed to me letting out the room. I am happy to have short term or long term lets up to ( date to be included). I would require 1 months rent in advance, no deposit needed. I am just looking for a friendly female/male who would fit into the home. I think this could suit a student from overseas and therefore all bedding could be included.
