Hi, a room has become available in my very spacious, fully furnished house with easy access to the centre of town and the university.
All the utility bills are included and the house is currently home to a group of 3 very friendly and sociable house mates. All the current house mates are working professionals but this would not exclude students from applying.
The house is fully kitted out with all the amenities such as washing machine, dryer, modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms to avoid those tricky, busy morning queues for the shower!
Please note I currently use an estate agent to manage the let so any applicants will need to be referenced by them.
