Hello, Ian and I are looking for a new house mate! The room is a centrally heated, (central heating goes on in the evening!) double room, with shared facilities, and has recently been redecorated and carpeted.
There is a washing machine downstairs, wifi/broadband, and TV in shared front room. There is ample on street parking, and we are also a ten minute walk from the University (or about 15 minutes from town).
We are both fairly quiet and respectful and would welcome a similar person looking to find a laid back place to live. All bills (as they stand at the moment) are included in the rent.
No muppets or party animals, and no couples need apply, thanks all the same
