Lovely, terraced cottage in Peverell close to Hyde Park Shops. Spacious living/dining area with a modern bathroom and kitchen, fully equipped.

You will have a good sized double room which is fully furnished but if you have some furniture I am sure we will be able to find a way to accommodate it!

I have lived In my house for 4 years and unfortunately my amazing housemate who has been with me since the beginning is moving on to new adventures. Having lived in London previously I am used to house shares and have made some great friends from them so looking for that to continue.

Looking for a professional, friendly girl who shares some of the same interests and wants to chat at the end of a day but also has her own hobbies and friends. This would suit a mature postgrad student/doctor/teacher/other professional. There’s a 10min walk to the train station, 15min walk into town/uni with easy access to a38 or Derriford.

A little about me - I am early 30s professional female - vegetarian and enjoys cooking, health/fitness, yoga, fashion and volunteering. Quite chilled although would prefer a vegetarian (my previous housemate wasn’t so this isn’t a huge issue).
