Double room available opposite university

Spacious, furnished, double room available in a 2 bed flat on North road East. Looking for an outgoing, sporty person to move into the flat with me (used to live with my sister but she fell in love and is living on a boat now). Flat has a kitchen with an inside balcony, you'll understand what I mean if you come and see it (perfect for bike/surfboard storage). Also have a living room, with a window that looks onto the inside balcony, which is pretty cool. The flat also comes with a bathroom, with a shower bath combo. These are all connected by a good sized hallway which has a useful cupboard for further storage eg. Tools, cardboard boxes, Xmas decorations.
I'm a very social, sporty person studying a masters. So would be looking for someone who is similar minded.
It's a 6 month contract and after the 6 months goes onto a rolling monthly contract.
Bills aren't included, but they never cost that much.
