Fabulous large room near to shops

The available room is room 4 which is the largest.
you would be sharing with 3 2nd year art students who are very friendly and welcoming.
there is a communal garden, living room, bathroom and kitchen.
people will often use the living room to watch movies but you are perfectly welcome to stay in your room to study.
this group are not particularly loud or disruptive, and do not often go out partying (other then one, but he lives downstairs and is very respectful when coming home)
