I have a lovely large double bedroom room to rent in family home, I'm away 90% of the year. Looking for a professional dependable person that is trustworthy and polite.

The house is always clean, tidy and decorated and is available soon.

I have a good friend is living there who works at Derriford, she looks after the house and makes it warm, inviting and homely. The bedroom comes with minimal bedroom furniture (bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and lamps, hanging rail and storage space.

House has a new kitchen with fitted dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, bathroom newly decorated with roll top bath and electric shower, newly installed wood burner in the spacious living/ dining room.

House has a huge dry cellar which can be utilised for extra storage.

The house is situated on Clayton Place in St Judes, Plymouth PL4 on a quiet side street where there is non permit parking outside the house.

All bills are included. (Internet, gas, water, electric, council tax and wood for the fire)

Rent price is always negotiable and this is a home NOT a HMO or student let so will only have yourself and Pooja living there unless I'm back for a random weekend.
