Looking for preferably professional working people, but would consider mature students. I will require 1 month rent upfront. Rent will include all bills (water, elec, council tax, tv licence etc) including Virgin tv and broadband. I also have washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
Parking available on street. And garage available for storage e. g bikes etc. also, a balcony for bbqs.
I'm currently retraining as an engineer. I relocated to Plymouth 6 months ago. I'm laid back, play rugby locally and enjoy going gym and generally being outdoors. Looking for likeminded flat mates. One easygoing female, 29 year old, professional moved in last week, trying to build a good dynamic within the house.
