There are four of us, two young professional couples, living in the main house and we are seeking “housemates“ for the separated and self-contained ground floor flat.
The flat has a separate entrance to the main house.

It is unfurnished and has one light and spacious double bedroom - with plenty build in storage opportunities - and a smaller, very characteristic, additional room. It comes with a nicely refurbished bathroom and a spacious open-plan kitchen / living area with a gas hob / oven as well as a washing machine and an excellent view into our lovely little garden.
The whole flat has just recently been completely refurbished.
The house is located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. It is within a short walking distance to schools and to Mutley Plain or the City Centre. On street parking.
We are friendly outgoing "housemates" who enjoy the outdoors, are proactive and creative, like music and gardening and are looking forward to share the house with likeminded individuals.
