Complete our quirky, vibrant 3 bedroom home

Our 3 bedroom house in the Mutley/Mannamead area is desperatly seeking a housemate to complete our home. We are a pair of fun loving, alternative young women who enjoy getting creative, being social, and the occaisonal party. Day to day we are very relaxed and enjoy the peace and quiet of this lovely residential area.

The room up for grabs is a decent sized double on the 1st floor. There is a shared bathroom, shower room, living room, large basement/recreational room, two tiered garden and lovely functional shared kitchen and plenty of storage space throughout the house.

We are looking for somebody interesting, adventurous, accepting and fun, to not only become our new housemate but our new friend too!

We have a cat.

The rent does not include bills (which are very cheap, aproximatley £100 every 3 months) so anybody interested in the room will need an income. There is also a £200 deposit and £165 agency fees.

PLEASE NOTE: In the picture of the front of the house you can see a wooden panel in the doorway. The period stainglass window normally in the front door has been removed by the landlady for restoration and has been replaced by a wooden panel; these repairs will be finished within a few weeks.
