Beautiful house a 10 minute walk from the city centre and University. It is well maintained and recently renovated, all furniture is new. Large 6 hob range cooker with two ovens, a large fridge freezer and plenty of storage space. There is also a large walk in shower and two seperate toilets.

I am looking for profesional people or mature students. Clean, tidy, respectful and considerate towards other housemates.

There is on street parking and a bus stop less than a 30 second walk. We are 10 minutes from the University and City centre and approx 5 minutes from the train station. The life centre is also approx a 10 minute walk.
