Room for rent over summer/ Short stay/Storage

I have a single room for rent for 3 months over the summer as I am a final year student and I finish in May but my contract is until August so would like to rent the room out for three months - June/July/August.

Good location, very close to th city centre and university. The room is very cosy and we had new carpets fitted in about three months ago. There is a kitchen downstairs with a view of Victoria Park and there is bathroom upstairs. See pictures for more details. There is also extra storage room outside the room that comes with it.

This room can also be used as storage for international students for example who are going home for summer but don't want to take all their belongings with them. Contact me and we can amend the price as well.
