This room shares a bathroom with one other room but this room is empty at the moment and it comes with a bath and a shower. The house is a lovely, grand one with 2 lounges and 2 kitchens. Those using the downstairs kitchen, which those who have this rooms will, have a dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer are located in an outside utility area. Cleaners visit once a month and there is also a vegetable box delivery once a month. It is a 2 minute walk from Mutley Plain as well as a 10/12 minute to Plymouth University.
