Lovely modern home, with fabulous garden.

Hi! I'm 38 and work as an NVQ Assessor/trainer for City College Plymouth, for the Hospitality Department. I am a single mum and I live with my 7 year old son. We are both very socialable and friendly and enjoy having friends over. It is a 3 bed semi, with front and south facing back garden - lovely sun trap. The house is beautifully furnished, open plan and situated in Peverell. Ample parking and near to the bus route into town. The bedroom for rent is a good sized double, with a desk, double wardrobe, lots of drawers and has a fantastic view over Plymouth. Internet access to the bedroom is also available. My son stays at his Dad's house 3 nights a week so he is not always around. But when he is, he is very well behaved and goes to bed at 7pm. I've been letting my spare room for a few years and its worked out really well. Made some good friends.
