Our ideal house mate would be a quiet single professional or business person. You will be sharing our high quality home, with us and other like minded professionals. We live in Hartley in a lovely affluent suburb in Plymouth, ideally located for Plymouth city centre, Crownhill, Derriford hospital, University of St Marks & St Johns, Plymouth train station, Derriford science park, Babcock Devonport Dockyard, PrincessYachts, Plymouth University, Marine aquarium and Royal William yard. Gorgeous newly decorated double room. Excellent quality with all bills gas, electric, council rates, water rates, t/v licence and super fast sky broadband included. Amazing south facing garden to rest and relax. Free on road parking. Your room is furnished and includes, table and chairs, double bed, wardrobe, T/V DVD, iron, ironing board and double duvet and pillows. Over 50 years of age and NON SMOKING OR VAPING. Rent must be paid in advance monthly £700 then rolling on each month, and there is a £100 deposit to be paid at the beginning of your stay also a reference from your employer or previous landlord. The deposit is only refundable at the end of your stay as long as house rules adherence, and no damages. Shared use of amenities including gorgeous fitted kitchen-dining room, newly fitted shower room and landscaped garden. We have a gorgeous home to share with the right person.
