We live in Hartley in a lovely affluent suburb in Plymouth, ideally located for Plymouth city, Crownhill, Derriford hospital, University of St Marks &St Johns, Plymouth train station, Derriford science park, Babcock dockyard, PrincessYachts, Plymouth University, marine aquarium and Royal William yard. Gorgeous newly decorated double room. Excellent quality with all bills , gas, electric, rates, water rates, t/v licence and sky broadband included. Free on road parking. Furnished with table chairs, Double bed, wardrobe, T/V DVD iron, ironing board and double duvet and pillows. Over 50 years of age and NON SMOKING OR VAPING. Rent must be paid in advance £800 please. £200 deposit and a reference from your employer or previous landlord. The deposit is only refundable at the end of your stay as long as house rules adherence, and no damages. IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO TAKE THE ROOM FOR ANY REASON YOU LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT.
