The house is in a great location situated in Mannamead. Perfect for Plymouth city, A38, Derriford hospital, University of St Marks and St Johns, Plymouth science park, Babcock dockyard, Princess Yachts, Plymouth University and the Theatre. Bus stops for all main routes are a 2 min walk from the house.
The ideal house mate would be a mature, quiet, single professional in full-time work or business person, civil servants, nurses, doctors, professors, teachers, contract workers, and civil engineers, etc. Sorry no DSS or students. You will be sharing the house with me and other like-minded professionals.
The room is furnished with a dressing table, chairs, bed, wardrobes, T/V DVD, iron, ironing board, double duvet and pillows. However, if you are staying Monday to Friday, I shall provide bedding during your stay. This is a bright airy room and has been recently decorated.
The kitchen is large with a dining table and chairs. There is a separate utility area with a washing machine, indoor drying space, bike storage, etc. Sunny, bright-walled garden, rear access to the property.
Parking is on the street with no restrictions and no permits. Rent includes bills; wireless broadband, electricity, gas, water, TV license and council tax.
Rent must be paid for four weekly in advance. £200 deposit and a reference from your employer or previous landlord. The deposit is only refundable at the end of your stay.
