The house is a beautiful 9 bedroom with 2 shared bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen and comfy living room, the house has had a lot of new things done to it and will be having more during the summer. Also, there is parking. The house is on Sutherland Road in Mutley, walking distance to PlymSU and town.
We are a very close bunch of friends who go on nights out and day trips etc together, but we are also very welcoming and friendly to new people. There is 5 boys and 3 girls and we are looking for another girl to move in with us. However, guys if you are interested, please don't be afraid to contact me. We are Marjon students, however due to the house's location a Plymouth Uni student would find it perfectly ideal too.
Our landlord is extremely approachable and friendly and any needs you have, simply speak to him. Viewings will be very easily arranged.
