Comfy Home

We are looking for an easy-going female lodger. The room is a small, furnished single, with shared use of the kitchen, bathrooms and storage space and negotiated use of the living room. We have a garden and shed for bicycle storage. Our house is bright and comfy. I work full time and have to study a lot, and I am away for part of the week and my teenage children are here for half the week. You will have the house to yourself quite a bit. Broadband unlimited, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, separate fridge. We have two guinea pigs and a cat. About 20 mins walk from Plymouth city centre and near bus routes. Free on street parking.
