We're looking for two people to move into our lovely 5 bedroom home. It's less than a mile to town centre and close to Mutley Plain and main routes. There's a Tesco Express and a gym just around the corner.

There are two housemates currently, both professionals.

There is a communal lounge, there is virgin tv and ultra fast broadband.
There are two good sized double rooms becoming available, one with en-suite toilet. The rent Includes all bills and weekly cleaner for the communal areas.
There are 2 modern renovated bathrooms and a great kitchen and lounge.

Looking for 2 professional, clean and tidy tenants. References would be preferred.
