It's a beautiful property with 4 large double bedrooms, stylish and very very homely. Located in a quiet street, a short hop from Mutley Plain and just down the hill from the University. It’s not just a house... it’s a home, a hidden gem.

This is a substantial property and all of the rooms are a good size.

The lounge is behind the first door, packed full of period features including a large open fireplace. There’s plenty of comfy seating too, the perfect place to cosy up with your friends and watch a film. The kitchen is a perfectly formed with plenty of space for a dining table/chairs and a large breakfast bar. Modern and fresh it makes a great space to hang with your friends. Another big bonus of this property is the yard at the rear with an undercover area to shelter under with secure wall fixings to lock bikes/surfboards to. There’s also plenty of space for BBQs etc
