Located in a quiet street, a short hop from Mutley Plain and just down the hill from the University this 4 bedroom student house is a hidden gem. This is a substantial property and all of the rooms are a good size so no squabbling who is going to get the tiny box room here!

The lounge is behind the first door, packed full of period features including a large open fireplace. There’s plenty of comfy seating too, the perfect place to cosy up with your friends and watch a film. The kitchen is a perfectly formed with plenty of space for a dining table/chairs and a large breakfast bar. Modern and fresh it makes a great space to hang with your friends. Another big bonus of this property is the yard at the rear with an undercover area to shelter under with secure wall fixings to lock bikes/surfboards to. There’s also plenty of space for BBQs etc
The bathroom has a decent shower and full-sized bath to soak and unwind in. There’s also a second WC downstairs to save you queuing at times of need.

Grafton Road is just 2 minutes from Mutley Plain and a 10 minute stroll from the main campus. Mutley is one of the main hubs of student life in Plymouth and you’ll find everything you could possibly need on Mutley plain. Supermarkets, a post office, cafés, shops, pharmacies, banks, bars and a pub or two :-) For those based up at Derriford (Marjons students and Medics) the free bus leaves from Mutley Plain just 2 minutes up the road.
