This is a good sized, well maintained period home near the city centre of Plymouth in st Jude’s, large size double furnished room with wooden floors £635 all bills are included. The house has two bathrooms one has a shower. I am a live in landlord and am a clean and tidy professional working full time in social care, I am an easy going fairly quiet person, I like the occasional night out, there is fast WIFI. I have a small very friendly dog, the house is not far from the train station, is on a bus route and there is on the road free parking directly outside. You would only be sharing with two people so max of three including you.
