Double Room & Separate Lounge Available

I have a double room with fitted mirrored wardrobes and a separate lounge available to rent. They are both furnished and newly decorated.
There is a large garden, driveway & garage,
The house it's in a lovely area, quiet street. short distance by car to the moors and only a 10min walk to Aldi and a 2min walk to the bus stop that takes you to the City Center etc.
I'm easy going and accommodating and don't have a problem if you are a smoker I would just ask you to use the garage. I'm looking for someone that’s clean and tidy but more importantly, honest and respectful to me and my home. I am, and I would behave the same, this recipe worked for both me and my previous lodger of 10 years.
I live alone although, I do have a plus one...my dog Bailey (cavapoo)....ana a plus 2 cats (Ruby/Reg), sounds like noah's ark, but honestly, it's not bad. I'm not some crazy lady. It's a clean well kept house but I have to let people know they could be allergic etc.

All bills included (fair usage), lots of space in garage should you wish to use gym equipment or store your bikes etc.
