Large double room with lots of storage in a big, 3 bedroom house with wow factor, stunning large garden and brook.

Suited for professionals who want to live in a home and DO NOT want live in HMO accommodation like a student with random people.

Sharing with me (I will be away for extended periods), and a female junior Doctor who is based at Derriford hospital. I am ideally seeking another medical professional in the house, but that is flexible.

I am retired from designing financial IT systems, I now travel and work part-time as a gardener.

I offer bedroom furniture, and a 50 inch bedroom TV. I am happy to buy new items as needed

This is not budget accommodation, the house is impressive and I will not be there for extended periods. The rental price is not for the room it is to sleep in the room and to have the benefits of a home, quality furnishings, and an amazing garden, without any bills or responsibilities.

It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice, close to woodlands. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops an restaurants. 20 mins bus to Plymouth city centre or Derriford hospital.

The house-mate must be a house proud, active and a willing contributor to maintaining the standard of the property, not just cleaning up a bit after themselves.
