Located at the top of Plympton, close to the A38, and shops, pubs and amenities on the Ridgeway. It is a 15 minute drive to the moors and Plymouth Hoe. The property is on a bus routes to the hospital and the dockyard.
We are a professional couple with a teenage son and this is our family home. The room is a large and light bedroom with bay window and en-suite to rent on a short term basis which is negotiable. There is ample parking and good internet/wifi coverage. The room is furnished and bills are included. You will share our family kitchen/utility.
We are looking for a professional that could be on placement, or in the process of relocating for work and seeking accommodation in a convenient suburban location.
