Very large modern spacious en-suite room with Juliette balcony over looking large back garden available.

If you prefer to live somewhere within the security of a family environment where you can have your own space in a beautiful en-suite room then please contact us. The room has everything you need to remain as self contained as you wish and as you can see has a sofa, triple wardrobe, tea/coffee making facilities, TV etc including an ironing board and iron, not forgetting table and chairs.

Sorry but due to our insurance we are not able to accept anyone who is local authority referred, pays by DSS etc.

We are both professional people who are easy going.

Prior to Covid we hosted teachers for the language schools. Our house is large and quiet with plenty of space to relax, even with extra people in the house it still feels empty.

Lower monthly payment could be negotiated if only wishing to have the room Mondays to Fridays. A lodgers contract will be provided and references sought.

We have two chilled cats and a daughter.
Our son has already flown the nest.
