Property is situated 3 fairly flat miles from city centre so a relatively easy walk/ cycle or there is a bus stop at the bottom of the road (12-20 minute bus ride).
Fairly convenient drive for Derriford, Dartmoor, South Hams and A38.
Some nice local woodland and waterfront walks. Several nearby beaches by bus/ car or very uphill walk.
Morrisons, Lidl, Iceland, Library and local shops and coffee shops all within a mile (flat).
I work in education and am just starting a Masters degree, my partner is a therapist. We have a 17yo art student, a 3yo and a cat.
The house is generally peaceful and we like it kept clean and tidy, we also like to keep our environmental impact minimal. We are looking for a lodger who can share this ethos.
Interests are reading, walking (moors and coastal), outdoor swimming and creative projects.
