Calm house set in 11C village, pretty views

Set in countryside but close to A38 (no noise) and Dartington (3 m) and Totnes(5m) quiet cul-de-sac nice neighbours. Lovely walks. Musical/creative household. I do have a little cockapoo called Teddy who's very sweet and not barky at all. I am looking for someone who is easy going, tidy and clean and it would be nice to share similar interests ie, music, dance, women's circles, spirituality. Can choose which room to rent. Back or front (bigger) There is also a downstairs loo. I don't mind smoking outside. There is a key meter so no big bills all others included in price. When I'm working away you can top up electric as and when for yourself. Option to share Dartmoor spring water 💧 ✨️Can do a month trial. If everything works well can be long term let. Possibility of changing decor of room to suit you if you decide to stay long term. 😉
