Double room to rent in the Roborough area

Double room to rent, with me and my sausage dog Maui, other pets considered.
All bills included. If coupes take the room rent will be higher to accommodate the higher bills. Private bedroom but shared living space other than that.
Lounge TV has Netflix and Disney plus. Kitchen has coffee machine, air fryer, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and oven.
I am a chef so work most of the weekend anyway.
Bathroom has a bath and shower.
On a bus route and near Tesco, Lidl and domino’s as well as several other face food joints. Local premier is 2 minute walk. And we are on the doorstep to the moors.
