My name is Amy and I lived here for 1 and a half years. I have absolutely loved my time here and am really sad to go. The live in landlord Simon is an absolute gent, is laid back and will often have a chat with you over a cuppa if you need it. The other tenant is Piotr, he is friendly, quiet and easy going.

The room is spacious and furnished, lots of storage space and a built in wardrobe. You can also fit boxes under the bed if needed.

The street is quiet with a parking space should you require it. However there is also plenty of on street parking nearby.

As for location the house is a few minutes walk from Roborough Doctors surgery and Toby Cavery. You also have Tesco and Lidl up the road for supermarkets. Southway shops are also not too far away with a bank, library and Co-Op.

The garden is Southwest facing, there is garden furniture too so you can sit out in the sun in the summer or have a barbecue.

In the kitchen there is a washing machine and plenty of space on the washing line in the garden.
