Private double bedroom in a new build end terrace house, that comes fully furnished(with built in storage). The open plan living room has ample space, with french doors that open into the south facing garden. The cozy kitchen has integrated appliances with a modern decor.

TRAVEL
Car: 15 min drive to the city.

Train: 10min walk to train station with direct links to the city and also to London Waterloo.

Bus: 3min walk to bus stop which goes directly to city centre.

MONEY
All bills are included in rent. One months rent required as deposit.

KEY POINTS
Professionals preferred please.
May have guests occasionally but not take advantage and be reasonable.
No smoking on the property and no pets allowed.
No couples.
