I am not just renting a room, I am happy to share the house, there is plenty of space, 2 lounges, kitchen/diner and outside furniture in summer.
The house is modern and contemporary and kept tidy and clean, I have a cleaner who comes in regularly. The heating is on 24/7 so the house is always warm.

I am offering a quiet relaxed house to share all facilities with a respectful landlord and looking for a non smoking professional who has similar values.

Broadband is excellent - 80mb download.
Plenty of parking available.
Great transport links into Exeter by train or bus only 5 mins walk away.
Close to airport, sowton and science park and M5 links.

I am friendly and easy going (so I'm told!) and mix well with people of all ages. My last lodger was 23 and was with me for 2.5 years and is moving away for career progression.
I am into cycling, water sports and the outdoors.
