The garden is spacious, with both a lawn and raised beds for vegetable patches, and is set on a slight incline. You are welcome to use the vegetable patches in cooperation with the owner.

The property has easy access to Exeter City Centre by rail and road as well as M5 and Exeter Airport. Nearby pubs and restaurants include Cranberry Farm and Jack in the Green, and countryside walks are easily reached via Rockbeare and Southbrook Lane.

The owner (me!) is a 32 year-old biologist and a remote worker, working for an international agricultural company. He is a keen chef and amateur painter and actor with a keen interest in board games, philosophy and current affairs. He has lived in the Exeter area for the past three years.

The property is also home to Ivy: a gorgeous and friendly 2.5 year old black cat who’s fully house trained.
